Hi – I’m Shadi [meaning happiness in Persian - شادی ].
I’m a creative workshop facilitator and an integrative nutritionist & wellness coach. My passion is the exploration and sharing of wellness. I view wellness as multi-fold, and I play in the areas of nutrition, mind-body practices, community, and therapeutic art.
Bodhi House began with the intention of creating a space to explore creativity and mindfulness through community.

A monthly peer support group for women growing their wellness businesses and projects.
Each participant will have time to share and receive support. Meetings are held on Zoom on the last Friday of every month. Please email me if you would like to join.
