Bodhi House creates space to explore wellness through creative expression, community connection, movement, mindfulness, and nutrition.
Hi – I’m Shadi [meaning happiness in Persian - شادی ].
I’m a creative workshop facilitator and an integrative nutritionist. My passion is the exploration and sharing of wellness. I view wellness as multi-fold, and I play in the areas of nutrition, mind-body practices, community, and therapeutic art.
I’m a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN), dedicated to helping others navigate their health with clarity and confidence.
Bodhi House began with the intention of creating a space to explore creativity and mindfulness in community.
